Romain is responsible for direct + indirect spend and procurement teams (25 people) for all Pharma manufacturing sites (x11) and Distribution centers (x5) in Europe/Middle East at Bausch Health. Romain has set up the sourcing organization, increased procurement visibility, started the SRM program and developed sourcing strategies that delivered 2-3% annual savings on spend.
