Philipp is responsible for all strategic as well operational procurement operations across GRT. He is Leading the largest procurement transformation in GRT history, moving GRT procurement from a decentralized highly transactional function to a strategically positioned, value focused center-led function – transforming GRT procurement in all three frontiers at the same time: organization, people/ capabilities and value delivery. Philipp is also driving GRT Procurement to be largest single function contributor to corporate Fit for 2022 efficiency program.
