Martin Klett (Past Speaker)

Martin Klett works as an independent consultant in the area of procurement. In his former role he acted as Head of Indirect Procurement for Roche Diagnostics, the no 1 player in the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry. He successfully established a global procurement organization covering strategy, policy, processes, IT landscape, people development and performance. Martin will act as moderator on both days in the workshop sessions.
