Linda Bengtsen Frederiksen (Past Speaker)

Lundbeck is a global pharmaceutical company highly committed to improving the quality of life of people living with psychiatric and neurological disorders. Linda is responsible for Lundbecks Strategic Sourcing, which is a team of 7 Category Managers including categories such as IT, Marketing, Travel, Prof. Services, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Facility Mngt, CAPEX, R&D & Logistics. Strategic Sourcing is part of Lundbecks Group Sourcing which has a global spend of appr. 4,200 MDKK (2017) across the categories mentioned above. Linda will be speaking on reducing risks in the supply chain, where Lundbeck have been working to identifying and reducing risk all the way from the overall assessments done on a company level for insurance policy purposes and down to the individual material  level, where considerations such as safety stock (level; internal-external), reorder points, number of sites and/or sources and type of contract are part of the setup.
