I’m in charge of Global Direct Procurement, leading a team of 4 global category managers and managing functionally 20 buyers worldwide; out of confidentiality I cannot provide externally our budget . I have driven and implemented two global projects of supplier-led innovation: one in the area of eco-friendly materials and one in the area of smart packaging. In my session, I will share experiences from than more than 10 years on Procurement in Pharma, with a key focus on being a change agent and a community manager.
