Eight years procurement experience across directs, R&D and indirect
categories. The last 3 years supporting marketing categories, including: PR,
Communications, Production & Creative and for the past year, as well as
being the Global Category Lead for Production, Anna has been managing the
agency procurement team for Asia markets, covering all marketing categories
with a spend coverage approximately £150M. She is part of the team implementing
a step change in GSK’s Consumer Healthcare agency change in 2016, and iterative
changes since to ensure the agency model delivers against business performance
objectives. Anna is currently Agency Procurement lead for the Pharmaceutical
business unit as we navigate through changes in operating model, which has
included decoupling digital production in 2018 and review of agency spend over
